Using the platform

Kramklar provides small organisational tools. An account can belong to multiple teams. Each team has at most five seats including pending invitations. Permissions and data are scoped to each team and tool. Anonymous demos use isolated sample data. Do not enter real family or payment information into a demo. Team management, invitations, evidence files, document exports and purchases are unavailable in demos; privacy export remains accessible.

OmaFahrt

OmaFahrt records actual childcare journeys, reimbursement statements and payment evidence. Recording a payment neither initiates nor verifies a bank transfer. Users are responsible for accurate entries and lawful processing. The tool does not replace tax advice or establish tax deductibility.

Tool passes and payments

Each tool has its own pass. Billing and invoices are shared platform services. Public checkout is currently disabled; paid passes cannot be purchased. Demos do not take payments. Stripe test payments are available only in configured test environments. The intended OmaFahrt year pass is €9.90 for one tax year without automatic renewal; binding prices and terms must be set before sales begin.

Before public sales, final contract, withdrawal, cancellation, warranty and tax provisions must be completed. This draft is not a finished consumer contract.
